This month join Zakiya and the wonderful teachers of Mindwalk Yoga for a month of nourishing and restorative classes.

Sound Bath with Cherelle
Tuesday 19th September |  7.30-8.30pm

Join Cherelle for an immersive sound bath experience. A sound bath is a relaxation technique and meditative experience where you'll bathe in the sound waves produced by Cherelle, including instruments such as chimes, gongs, drums and singing bowls.

The instruments have unique sound signatures that elicit various responses in the mind and body. Sound therapy is proven to help alleviate stress, anxiety, and physical pain. In this one-hour sound bath, you will hear Cherelle play Himalayan singing bowls and a beautiful Sun Gong to induce a deeply relaxed state. You can practice lying down or seated and be invited to breathe deeply whilst a soundscape is played to you live.

All you need to do is listen, relax and receive. You'll require plug-in headphones for the best sound experience. This class is unsuited for those with pacemakers, in their first trimester of pregnancy or anyone triggered by sounds.

Vinyasa Flow with Coco
Tuesday 26th September |  7.30-8.30pm

Join Coco for a creative, playful Vinyasa Flow class. Vinyasa Flow is a style of yoga where poses are strung together to form one fluid sequence of movement. This class will be rhythmical, focusing on connecting your movements with the rhythm of your breath. Vinyasa means to move with the breath, essentially a Vinyasa class's core.

You’ll explore transitions between asanas (postures) with less time in stationary poses. Expect an energetic class with the option to practice with a curated playlist. You don’t need any yoga experience to join. All levels and abilities are welcome.

 You’ll require a comfortable prop to sit on, which could be a block, cushion or chair, a non-slippery surface to practice on, cushions/pillows/blanket/blocks, and comfortable clothes you can freely move in.
